Outcome of Search for Shareholder of Riviera Executive Aviation

It is hereby announced that, in response to the Notice “Invitation to submitan expression of interest aimed at finding a suitabble industrial partner available to become a shareholder of the company “Riviera Executive Aviation” in order to guarantee the provision of all activities and services to the general and business aviation at the Airport Riviera-Airport in Villanova d’Albenga” published on 4 December 2017, an expression of interest was received, within the set deadline, from the Company Hadid Aviation Service Limited, of the Hadid International Services FZE group, a Company registered in the United Kingdom.

Riviera-Airport S.p.A. will hold the meeting to assess the criteria and evaluate the proposal with the Committee appointed for this purpose, on Tuesday, 19 December, 2017, at 11:30.
